Please know that as part of accessing the psychology service, whether you attend a one consultation appointment, period of assessment appointments (for all client work, there will be a period of assessment and exploration on whether the work can and should be carried out) or numerous psychology appointments, you will need to read through and sign a terms and conditions document. There will also be a psychological therapy information and agreement document, which you need to read through, understand and sign as well.
